Yes, there are a few residential properties located in the heart of Grace Bay Beach and Windrose Villa is one of them. Situated directly in the middle of the most popular and sought after 10 mile stretch of white sand beach on Providenciales, Windrose Villa provides an endless strand of fabulous beach front right at your door step. If you love to walk the beach, than Windrose Villa is for you. Additionally, you are just steps from one of the best snorkeling venues in Providenciales known as White House/Coral Gardens. Here you will find Coral Gardens Reef, one of Provo's underwater national parks. Coral Gardens Reef features a snorkeling trial identifying various coral formations and other undersea life. The overall design of Windrose is spacious and open. This villa is comprised of a main house and a guest house. The combination of the main house and the guest house gives you a total of 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
The main house consists of a large living room, dining room, well equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two and a half baths.

The bedroom configuration is master bedroom with one king bed with an ensuite bathroom, a guest bedroom with one king and another guest bedroom with three twin beds, the two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is also a half bath off of the kitchen. The main house also features an observation room with a fabulous view of the ocean and beach and a Jacuzzi on the deck overlooking the ocean. Guest House

The guest house consists of a kitchen , living room and dining area with two bedrooms one with a king bed and the other with a queen, both with ensuite bathrooms and a sleeping loft with two twin beds. Both the main house and the guest house features large wrap around decks.




The main house and the guest house can be rented together or each on their own. Both the main house and the guest house have approximately 150' of ocean frontage. The houses are located approximately 200 feet from one another each with their own pathway to the beach.

Maximum occupancy of the main house is seven people , eight people can be accommodated for an additional charge of $700/week. *Maximum occupancy of the guesthouse is four people, extra people would be charge at the rate of $500/ per person, per week.

Air conditioning is metered and charged back to guests at costs.
