Villa Roi Soleil is a 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa is located on the South Side of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos in a community known as Turtle Tail. This villa has been recently renovated. Come enjoy this private, luxurious piece of heaven. The villa is unique in that it is a mini resort, with each bedroom separate as you would find in a hotel providing privacy for each of the occupants. The unique design which includes cantilevered walkways and elevated platforms provides stunning views from every room.
Villa Roi Soleil features 2 en-suite bedrooms in the main house, each with their own spacious, private bath, a TV/Entertainment Room, large kitchen, dining room and a unique screened-in porch with panoramic views of the ocean.

Ocean views abound from nearly every room in this home.
A separate guest house offers a complete separate arrangement with one bedroom complete balcony overlooking the ocean and full kitchen and living room. Outside living and entertaining are a breeze with the large outdoor barbeque area with bar seating. You will also find an outdoor dining table and chairs.  The infinity edge pool is one of the features of the property and from it you can enjoy breath-taking views of the ocean beyond. The outside area also features 2 outdoor showers (one by the beach and one by the pool) plus  additional bathroom by the pool.

The over 1 km long sand beach is very private as there are no public access points, only the few accompanying high end villa residents have access - the beach is usually vacant. Three private islands, some with their own beach can be reached in a few minutes by using the villa kayaks.

The bed configuration is one king, one queen and two twins and can be combined to make a king.
