Tropidero House is located in the upscale neighborhood of Turtle Tail on the South Side of Providenciales. This two storey, ocean front villa is approximately 4,000sq ft and decorated in a bright, tasteful Caribbean style.

Tropidero House is a 3 bedroom /3 bathroom villa offering many custom features including vaulted cathedral ceilings, custom woodwork and tile work. The living area, kitchen and guest bath are on ground level and feature a 8 ft x 9 ft sliding door to open the house to the outside patio and ocean view.

The 700sq ft master bedrooms features a king size bed and walk in closet. The junior suites have one king and one set of twin beds that can be combined to make a king. All bedrooms have walk out balconies overlooking the ocean.Each bedroom has a TV and DVD player.

The beach is only steps away from the property and is accessed via a sandy path lined with indigenous island plants.

Kayaks are available as part of the rental.
