Sunset Point is a 4000 sq/ft oceanfront villa surrounded by half an acre of lush landscaping and turquoise waters located in the Southwest area of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands known as Ocean Point. It looks like two homes, but it's actually one large villa under two roofs that can accommodate up to ten guests. Located on the island of Providenciales, Turks & Caicos, just south of the Bahamas, this popular Turks and Caicos Island vacation villa features four air-conditioned bedrooms, five baths, and wraparound decks with incredible ocean views. And you just can't get any closer to the water. In fact, Sunset Point Villa is the closest rental to the ocean on the entire island!
	As you walk through the front door and into the expansive living room of this villa, you’re treated to an impressive panoramic view of the ocean… crystal clear, turquoise waters as far as the eye can see! With its large pool and sun deck, alfresco dining, covered balconies, and ocean views from every room.

In Sunset Point Villa’s living room, amenities include cable TV, free high-speed wireless internet access, and a multi-disc CD stereo system, with a library of CD’s for your listening pleasure.

There are four bedrooms all with ensuite bathroom, plus an additional full bath on off of the living room area. Each bedroom features a queen bed and each bedroom is air conditioned*.


On the ground level of this Turks and Caicos villa, leading to the pool deck, the family/game room features a 39” big screen television, , a combo DVD/VCR player with video library, sleeper sofa, full-sized ping pong table, and plenty of family board games for your entertainment.
