These two newly built villas are located on the Northeast end of Providenciales’s famous Grace Bay Beach in an area referred to as Leeward Beach .  Both villas sit  back from the beach with stunning views of the ocean beyond.  The villas are a short walk from one another allowing them to be rented  in combination for larger groups. It is a short three minute walk down a sandy pathway from the villas to the white sand and turquoise blue waters of Grace Bay Beach.  Both villas are spacious with an open air design that takes advantage of the tropical breezes and spectacular views. 

These two villas are mirror images of one another and both are decorated in a colonial , tropical fashion with handmade wooden doors, cabinetry and moldings.  Many of the furnishings were handcrafted in Haiti of beautiful mahogany.  Both villas are comprised of  a living room, gourmet kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms and 3 ½ baths.  Both have a large outdoor sitting, dining and sunbathing areas and large swimming pools.  Pelican’s Nest is located near Leeward Marina, the golf course, the casino and lots of great restaurants. Both villas have high speed internet.
