| Emerald Shores Estates is set on the South Side of Providenciales on 1.75 acres of land with 228 feet of water frontage on Chalk Sound National Park. Chalk Sound National Park has been designated as a wildlife sanctuary by the Turks and Caicos Government. The Sound received this designation as it is home to many varieties of birds and fish as well as the endangered Rock Iguana. This is an area of incomparable beauty studded with hundreds of small islands and rocks.
Emerald Shores Estates is newly completed and is comprised of two houses set apart by 150 feet of beautifully landscaped gardens as well as native trees and vegetation. Each house has its own swimming pool. The Main HouseThe large comfortable main house can be rented in its entirety (5 bedrooms) or as 2 separate units (3 bedrooms upper and 2 bedrooms lower). To insure privacy the units are not rented simultaneously to different groups. The main house sits directly on Chalk Sound and the waters of the Sound can be accessed via a swim platform with steps into the water. The main house has a large, 40 ft kidney shaped, pool and pool patio.
Upper Level Main House The Upper level of the main house has 3 bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom. The bed configuration for this unit is two queens and one set of twins. The spacious living/dining area features vaulted ceilings and glass doors running the full length of the room. These doors can be folded onto one another opening up the entire great room to a covered patio and fabulous view of the Sound beyond. There is a second screened in porch for additional dining just off of the kitchen. The kitchen is complete with all modern conveniences. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have stunning water views. The upper unit has Satellite TV, CD, VCR and BBQ.
Lower Level Main House The lower level of the main house features 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom. It has a large living/dining area, complete kitchen, large poolside patio , laundry facilities, TV, CD, VCR.
Guest House The guest house at Emerald Shores sits back approximately 150 ft from the main house and is separated from the main house by lush landscaping. The Guest House has a private swimming pool . The guest house can be rented in its entirety (4 bedrooms) or as 2 separate units (2 bedrooms upper and 2 bedrooms lower). To insure privacy the units are not rented simultaneously to different groups.
Upper Unit Guest House The Upper Unit of the guest house has two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, one full bathroom, a living/dining area and a kitchenette. There is a terrace off of the living area that overlooks the pool. This unit comes complete with satellite TV, CD, VCR and BBQ. The upper unit of the guest house provides enough elevation for a sweeping view of Chalk Sound and Silly Creek. Lower Unit Guest House The Lower Unit of the guest house has two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, one bathroom , a living/dining area and a kitchenette. This unit faces the pool patio and comes complete with satellite TV, CD, VCR and BBQ. |

*The renter is responsible for all electricity used in their property The property manager will show the renter the electric meter upon check in and both shall witness the readings before and after the rental. The cost of the usage will be given to the renter before their departure, payment should be made to the property manager prior to departure from the island. The views from Emerald Shores Estates of Chalk Sound are some of the most dramatic found anywhere on Provo. The waters of Chalk Sound are accessible to guests via a pathway down to the shore and a small dock with a ladder entry into the water. Although motor boats are prohibited on Chalk Sound one can explore with a kayak (available at the property on a shared basis) . Taylor Bay Beach, a white sand horseshoe shaped beach is about a 5 minute walk from the property.
