Located in prestigious Ocean Point. This charming stone and timber cottage was newly completed in July of 1999. This accommodation is actually two units separated by an exterior stairway and poured concrete floors, providing privacy for both the upstairs and downstairs units. The upper unit is a one bedroom with king size bed and en suite bath, small kitchen, sitting area and screened patio. The lower unit is a large efficiency with a queen size bed, bathroom, kitchenette, sitting area and screened porch. Each bedroom is air conditioned.* The cottage is ocean front with an easy walk or swim to Taylor Bay Beach. Maximum occupancy: 4 persons. This particular property does not accept credit card payment
