	Located on the southwest side of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands, in the upscale community of Sunset Bay, Villa Coccoloba is 2 bed/2.5 bath beachfront villa located on the shores of Taylor Bay Beach. Taylor Bay Beach is one of the premiere beaches in Providenciales with its ½ mile stretch of white sand and beautiful turquoise blue waters. Off the beaten path and clear of the tourist traffic of Grace Bay, Villa Coccoloba is a dreamy hideaway that offers the ideal balance between beach access and privacy.


Coccoloba is a “pod” style villa consisting of 4 separate structures. One pod houses the kitchen, living room, dining room and ½ bathroom. Each air conditioned * bedroom is housed in a separate pod on either side of the swimming pool. The 4th pod houses an outside bar area complete with small frig. The bed configuration is one king and one queen. The king bedroom includes a day bed appropriate for children. Coccoloba also features a screened porch area. All four pods are situated around the pool and pool deck and only twenty steps from the pool deck you will find shores of Taylor Bay Beach. Coccoloba comes with internet access and one kayak and one stand up paddle board.

Rates below apply to a maximum occupancy of 4 people. Each additional person, to include infants and toddlers, will be charged at $250 per person per week
