The lower level houses the 3rd bedroom and a den complete with pool table and sitting area. The den and the third bedroom are connected via the downstairs bathroom which opens to both rooms. The lower level has a separate entrance and cannot be accessed internally from the upper level.

The outdoor living space continues on the lower level where you will find the sparkling pool and pool deck, lounge chairs, outside table and BBQ grill. Beyond the pool lies the sandy beach with additional lounge chairs, umbrellas and an easy entry into the crystal clear ocean. Two double kayaks are provided for further exploration of the clear blue ocean and the shallow estuary of Silly Creek.
