Blue Heaven is a newly constructed 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa comprised of 2,800 sq ft of indoor and outdoor living space. Blue Heaven is located on the South Side of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos in a private community known as Harbour Gates. This upscale property is situated directly on the white sand beach of Sapodilla Bay. The rental villa boasts views from every vantage point and sits just paces from the sand.

You will be astounded by the turquoise view that greets you when you walk through the front door. Sapodilla Bay has the whitest, softest sand that you have ever walked on. The bay is calm and initially shallow and is a great swimming beach for both children and adults.
The house has three air conditioned bedroom suites* with ocean views, each bedroom with a private bath. The first floor bedroom has a king-sized 4-poster bed and opens onto the patio and pool. One upstairs bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the other has two twin beds that can optionally be made up as a king-sized bed. Each upstairs bedroom has built-in mahogany dressers and they both open onto a covered balcony with a breathtaking view. All of the bathrooms have custom wood vanities and counter tops made from island conch shells. The house is fully furnished with new linens.






The kitchen was custom made on the island with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and furnished with all cooking essentials.

When you don't want to cook or grill, there is a lovely water-side restaurant and bar you can walk to. This restaurant is on the shore of Chalk Sound National Park and also offers kayak and canoe rentals and sunset boat charters. And there is always the option of a short drive to any of the island's other restaurants, ranging from very casual to sophisticated gourmet.

	The 32 foot wall of glass doors that encloses the kitchen and living area completely opens onto the screened porch, pool and deck. If you choose, you can also open the wall of screens and fully enjoy the outdoor space. The best of modern living! The 13x25 pool has a gradual "beach entry" access. The pool deck has a table and umbrella for outdoor dining and there are enough pool chairs and loungers for everyone.
